These draft terms describe the Angela Jeffrey LLC boutique website and planned online retail checkout. They do not replace the final policies that will apply at checkout once purchasing is activated.
This page is being prepared for the new DBBQ storefront and must be reviewed and approved before checkout activation. Our current online payment checkout is disabled.
Who we are
This retail website is operated by Angela Jeffrey LLC under the name Angela Jeffrey Salon & Boutique in the Denton / Corinth, Texas area. For questions, call 940-240-3273.
Products and pricing
Product descriptions, images, options and displayed prices are provided for shopping information. We try to keep them accurate but may correct errors, discontinue a listing or change prices before a purchase is completed.
A saved shopping cart is not an order, a stock reservation, or a guarantee of current price. Once online checkout is available, the final price and eligible products will be verified before a payment is accepted.
Payment and sales tax
Online checkout is not yet enabled on this DBBQ storefront. When activated, payments will be processed through Angela Jeffrey LLC's Stripe account. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout using relevant tax rules; Texas tax can include state and local amounts up to 8.25%.
A purchase is subject to order confirmation and payment authorization. Payment-card processing is handled by the payment provider rather than by this site's saved browser cart.
Shipping and pickup
Standard shipping is free for shipping-eligible orders to the 48 contiguous United States only. Shipping costs are incorporated into product pricing. Some products may require UPS Ground when USPS is not permitted, and products that cannot legally be sent by either USPS or UPS are available for Will Call pickup only. Carrier availability is verified by product and package.
Pickup at the customer's next eligible salon appointment (Will Call) is planned. Any pickup discount will be displayed and confirmed before an order is submitted; its amount is not yet set.

Returns and order problems
Routine change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law or remedies for a wrong, defective, damaged or undelivered order. See Returns & Refunds.
Use of the site
You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape personal information, or submit false or fraudulent orders. Product descriptions, logos, photography and site content remain the property of their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.
Information and limitations
Product recommendations and hair-care information are general information and do not replace advice from an appropriate licensed professional. Individual results vary. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Updates and questions
