Final sale / no routine returns

Products are final sale. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges for a different selection, or returns of opened hair-care and beauty products as a routine store service.

This policy does not remove any consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not allow a seller to waive.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, please contact the salon promptly at 940-240-3273. Keep the packaging and relevant photographs where practical.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate correction, replacement or refund as required by applicable law and the circumstances. Please contact us before sending a product back; unsolicited returns may not be processed.

Missing packages and unfulfilled orders

If a parcel cannot be found or an order is not shipped as promised, contact us. We will investigate the shipment and follow applicable shipping-delay, cancellation and refund requirements.

If we cannot fulfill an order, any required refund will be returned through the original payment method; store credit is not a substitute when a refund is legally required.

Pickup orders

Will Call orders, once enabled, are intended for pickup at the next eligible appointment. If an appointment changes or a pickup order cannot be fulfilled, please call so we can coordinate the next steps.
