This notice describes information used by the DBBQ-powered Angela Jeffrey Salon & Boutique storefront, including its browse-only cart. Payment checkout and additional integrations will require updating this notice before launch.
This page is being prepared for the new DBBQ storefront and must be reviewed and approved before checkout activation. Our current online payment checkout is disabled.
Information you may provide
You may choose to contact the salon by phone or navigate to BookYourStylist for appointments. The appointment provider operates its own booking experience and privacy terms.
When online purchasing launches, we expect to need customer contact, delivery or pickup information, order details, and payment confirmation. This draft does not imply that online payment or account creation is enabled today.
Cart and technical information
The storefront saves cart items, quantities, and displayed product-price snapshots in your browser's local storage so a cart can persist between visits. These are not authoritative checkout prices and are not a completed order.
Our website infrastructure may process network information such as IP address, device/browser details, timestamps, request paths, and operational logs needed to deliver the website, maintain security, and investigate errors.
How information is used
Information is used to display the website and product catalog, preserve shopping-cart choices on your device, respond to customer requests, maintain security, and—once available—process orders, tax and fulfillment.
We do not use a saved browser cart as authorization to charge a payment method.
Service providers and sharing
Angela Jeffrey LLC uses service providers for hosting and commerce functionality. The current storefront is hosted through Vercel and reads product listings from SalonRecords; future checkout will use Stripe, and fulfillment may use Shippo. Booking links lead to BookYourStylist.
Relevant data may be shared with vendors only as needed to provide their services, support legitimate operations, or comply with applicable legal obligations. Payment-card details will be handled by the payment provider when checkout launches.
Storage, security and retention
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We use service-provider and application safeguards intended to protect customer information and restrict access according to its purpose.
You can remove saved cart information by clearing your cart or your browser's site data. Other records, such as completed orders or legal/tax records when checkout launches, may need to be retained for operational and legal reasons.
Choices and privacy requests
For questions, corrections or requests about personal information associated with the boutique, call 940-240-3273. We will review and respond as applicable law requires. You can also control site storage through your browser settings.
When marketing email subscriptions become active, they will require an appropriate sign-up and unsubscribe mechanism. Do not submit sensitive information through any informal contact field.
Children and changes
This retail storefront is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not intentionally solicit personal information from children under 13.
We will update this notice before adding materially different payment, marketing, tracking, or customer-account practices. This draft should be reviewed against actual service-provider configurations before checkout goes live.
